Main strengths compared with LA186 DIESEL ENGINE:
1) More powerful engine
A. Redesign main spare parts including engine block,Cylinder Head, shaft, Crankshaft, Connecting Rod Assembly,piston, piston ring, Camshaft,Fuel injection pump, Nozzle to meet 80bar explosion pressure and high-strength.
B. The max horsepower 11hp can meet much higher matching requirement.
2) Better economy
A. Redesigned inlet, optimized swirl ratio and current coefficien are with better combustion.
B.Redesigned camshaft, by using concave cam and roller tappet, could increase oil rate and ensure fuel economy.
C.Using hexagonal chamber to make it creates vortex partially to enhance the utilization ratio of air and improve the economy and smoke intensity of fuel.
3) Higher reliability
A.The crankshaft is reinforced and rechecked by the M53.The crank pin fillets, fillet main journal and crank pin hole’s conformity coefficient Q is more than 1.2.
B.Improve the radial load capacity of the main bearing to increase the using life of whole engine.
C.Improve the radial load capacity of the balancer shaft bearing to make its basic rating life L10h≥3000h.
D.Use 20CrMoTi steel camshaft and tappet of roller pump to improve the contact stress of friction ,thus improve the reliability.
E.Re-optimized balance of Crank Mechanism to keep 100% balance reciprocating inertia force.
